Work Experience

Work experience is intended to help prepare students for the transition from secondary school to the world of work. It is an opportunity for students to apply classroom learning in a context outside of school and bring a new perspective to their learning. It also gives students a chance to gain new skills that can be used in future work opportunities. The Work Experience courses are a required part of each CTC program and are also offered as standalone courses to Grade 12 students wishing to fulfill their graduation requirements with an 80 to 100-hour work experience and complete their Graduation Transition Plan with teacher/classroom support.

Students enrolled in Work Experience this year should also join Mr.Grell's Remind group. To receive messages via text, text @654123 to (604) 243-9017. In addition to, you'll receive notifications of meetings and deadlines this way.
